OCI prepared comprehensive site/civil engineering services for a new office building, garage addition and parking area. This work required the preparation of the layout, grading, storm drainage and landscape plans along with extensions for the sanitary sewer and water service. A key aspect of the site plan was avoidance of an adjacent stream and floodplain. All site plan reviews and approvals were coordinated with the Township and the Lehigh County Conservation District.
