On July 1, 2013, Bangor Borough received 2.25 inches of rainfall in a 2 hour 15 minute period of time. One of the effects was the collapse of a slate storm sewer system in the rear yards of three residential properties in the Messinger Street neighborhood. OCI coordinated an effort to remove debris and view the collapsed areas. OCI then designed a repair solution for the system, prepared Construction Documents and administered construction of the repairs including Resident Coordination, Bidding, Contract Award, Construction Observation and Grant Administration.
