Ott Consulting Inc. provided comprehensive site/civil engineering services for the new PPL GOLD Credit Union. This work included survey, permitting, and agency approvals. The compact 3/4 acre site presented a challenge to facilitate the renovation of the existing building along with a new building addition totaling 6,411 square feet. In addition, the project required the reconfiguration of the parking area to accommodate 38 cars, new landscaping and additional site amenities.
