an agreement to purchase an office building
located at 555 Harrison Street, Emmaus, PA 18049.
The building will serve as our Lehigh Valley office, replacing our current location at 222 Main Street in Emmaus.
Jeffrey Ott, P.E., M.B.A., President of Ott Consulting Inc. commented: “The purchase of this office building further solidifies our presence in the Lehigh Valley. We have spent the last 8 years leasing our current location in Emmaus. Our experience in the Borough of Emmaus has been very positive, so we decided to make Emmaus the permanent home of our Lehigh Valley office. The move will allow us to improve the delivery of our services. We very much look forward to investing in the building and continuing to support the local community.”
The office move is anticipated to occur towards the end November 2017.
Ott also said: “2018 marks the firm’s 15-year anniversary. We will be planning an open house to celebrate so our clients, colleagues and friends can view the new office.”
