South Second Street – Borough Of Emmaus
Ott Consulting Inc. prepared a Minor Subdivision and Land Development Plan for two lots on South Second Street in the Borough of Emmaus. OCI performed a boundary and topographic survey of the parcel and created an existing features plan, which was used to prepare the Land Development Plan set.
We also completed a sewage facility planning module and submitted to the proper authorities to permit the anticipated increase in sewage flows. The project was located in a High Quality watershed, which required submission of an Erosion Control Plan to the Lehigh County Conservation District.
OCI prepared the application and submitted the plan and report to the LCCD. A zoning variance was also required due to an encroachment within the side yard setback. OCI prepared all zoning hearing applications and represented the Applicant at the zoning hearing board meeting.
