Ott Consulting Inc. contracted with Kelly Management Corporation (Kelly Car & Truck) to prepare a Sketch Plan depicting the conversion of the former East Penn Bank site.

Located at the intersection of State Avenue and Harrison Street into an automobile dealership and associated business offices.
The project involved creating a Sketch Plan and a Zoning Site Plan for use in support of the Special Exception required for approval by the Borough of Emmaus Zoning Hearing Board.

In support of the project, we also researched the Land Development Plans and associated reports for the East Penn Bank project, all ordinances, Act 167 to stormwater management requirements, and all PennDOT related requirements.
