OTT CONSULTING INC. LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE

Ott Consulting Inc. (OCI) is pleased to launch the firm’s newly designed website.  Over the past few months, we have been working diligently to redesign the site to provide an in depth description of OCI’s full range of services, project experience, staff expertise and clients.  The new site is organized for easy navigation between the various components with new additions consisting of a brief video from Jeffrey Ott, P.E., President of OCI discussing the firm’s project approach and commitment to our clients.  The client testimonials provide insight into OCI performance and client satisfaction.  We have also updated and expanded our relevant experience to describe and illustrate the full depth of the firm’s capabilities in site/civil engineering, surveying and landscape architecture.  Please visit us at www.OttEng.com and let us know what you think.

We have also been involved in some new challenging assignments.  The Courts at Spring Mill Station is a 385 unit residential complex located in Whitemarsh Township, Montgomery County, PA.  The project consists of 2 low rise buildings and structured parking situated on 7 acres.  OCI is providing survey stakeout services for all building construction including column lines, foundations, geopiers and walls as well as all utilities.  Survey site improvements include the sanitary sewer interceptor line, storm sewers, retaining walls, curbs, sidewalks, roadways and site amenities.  Daily project scheduling and coordination with the Project Manager from Penntex Construction Company has been critical to the success of the project.

The HMB hotel project is a 5 story, 111 room hotel and banquet center located in the Stabler Corporate Center in Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, PA.  The hotel complex situated on a 6 acre site includes surface parking, outdoor pedestrian space and landscaping.  OCI prepared the project Land Development Plans consisting of survey, site layout plan, grading, stormwater drainage, erosion control and landscaping.  Key aspects of the site plan required planning for future area development, utilizing an existing offsite stormwater detention pond and providing immediate screening from Center Valley Parkway.
