OCI prepared a feasibility study, performed a site survey and prepared site plans to remediate a stormwater erosion and sedimentation problem. This work consisted of designing corrective erosion control measures below the community clubhouse parking area to eliminate ponding around the pool deck and clubhouse area.
OCI designed a storm drainage system that captures runoff from the adjacent steep slope with a crushed aggregate cutoff trench, which intercepts subsurface water and directs it to a perforated pipe for discharge below the clubhouse and pool area. OCI services also included construction administration and observation.
