Ott Consulting Inc. provided comprehensive site/civil engineering services for the new Myers Power Products manufacturing and warehouse facility. This additional work included survey, permitting, and agency approvals. The 6.8 acre site included the construction of a new building totaling 93,472 square feet. One of the project challenges was the difficult task of designing and accommodating a 30,000 cubic foot underground infiltration basin to meet PADEP NPDES permitting requirements.
