Ott Consulting Engineers survey team was called into this project during the construction phase for the critically important task of providing construction stake out for horizontal and vertical controls. A key aspect of this work was the coordination required between the numerous contractors working on this 55 acre site. Specifically OCI’s survey team provided stake out for 8 buildings, the Gazebo, Center Water Fountain, Trellis and all hardscape, walls, planters and raised curbing. Other stake out was provided for roads, parking and walks to supply criteria data such as building pad certification and building square footages.
