OCI provided design and construction observation & administration for the complete reconstruction of approximately 6,200 LF of roadway. The project utilized Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) which is a green technology process recently approved by PennDOT. It also represents a substantial cost savings alternative to conventional roadway reconstruction. The project included the replacement of multiple storm sewer culverts and the design of a new storm sewer collection and underdrain system for a portion of the new roadway.
