OCI provided comprehensive site/civil engineering services for a new 2 story lodge on the site of the Tuscarora Inn & Conference Center. This work consisted of the preparation of a site survey and Land Development Plans in accordance with the Township requirements. Situated on a steep downhill side slope, OCI utilized the building foundation wall as a retaining wall reducing the earth disturbance to less than 1 acre and negating the need for a PADEP NPDES permit.
