Greenleaf Commons – This project was an in-fill project in the City of Bethlehem which involved vacating a dead end street and acquiring land from an adjacent homeowner.  The site work was complicated in that it incorporated an underground detention system which was located under the parking lot. This 7-unit Townhouse Condominium project was designed to replicate the brownstones of old. The project ran flawlessly.
